Awarded is a movie tracking application that allows you to discover award-winning films, track your watchlist, and log movies you've watched. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
To use certain features, you may need to create an account using your email address or sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.
Your movie ratings, watchlist, and collections are your personal data. We do not claim ownership over your user content. However, by using the App, you grant us permission to store and sync this data across your devices.

Movie data, images, and information are provided by TMDb (The Movie Database). This product uses the TMDb API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDb. All movie-related content is subject to TMDb's terms of use.
The App's design, features, and code are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Movie posters, titles, and related content are the property of their respective owners.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
